نگرش آموزشی متفاوت به تحلیل نیازمندی‌های زبانی در صنعت بیمه: رویکرد انسان‌گرایانه

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی نیازهای زبان انگلیسی فعالان صنعت بیمه برای آموزش زبان تخصصی رشته مدیریت بیمه است. تحلیل نیاز زبانی در آموزش مدیریت بیمه با رویکرد انسان‌گرایانه انجام شده که رویکردی نو در آموزش است. این مطالعه تکنیک‌های کمی-کیفی سه‌گانه، یعنی مشاهده، مصاحبه، و پرسشنامه برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از گروه‌های مختلف مشارکت‌کننده به کار گرفته است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این پژوهش، دانشجویان، اساتید، کارکنان و مدیران یک شرکت بیمه بودند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های طراحی‌شده و مصاحبه‌های ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری شدند و همچنین مشاهدات کلاس‌های آموزشی و نیازهای زبانی در محیط کار نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. این رویکرد به افزایش دقت در تحلیل درست نیازهای زبانی به آموزش مدیریت بیمه کمک کرد. یافته‌ها بر اهمیت مهارت‌های زبانی در امور بیمه تاکید داشتند و ضرورت پوشش موضوعات مناسب در کتاب‌های درسی زبان مدیریت بیمه را برجسته‌تر کردند. این یافته‌ها به توسعه برنامه‌های درسی و طراحی مواد آموزشی در آموزش مدیریت بیمه کمک می‌کنند و اثربخشی آموزش زبان این حوزه را افزایش می‌دهند. بر این اساس، رویکردی انسان‌گرایانه به تحلیل نیازهای زبانی، که به علایق، ترجیحات و ارزش‌های یادگیرندگان توجه می‌کند، می‌تواند به آموزش معنادار و جذاب‌تر زبان کمک کند. با مشارکت دانشجویان در فرآیند توسعه مواد آموزشی و گنجاندن محتوای خاص صنعت، دوره‌های آموزشی می‌توانند بهتر با نیازهای یادگیرندگان هم‌راستا شوند و رشد و توسعه آن‌ها را ترویج کنند.
