The purpose of conducting a general management course can be defined as: the student's acquaintance with the science and background of the general management discipline, the topics studied in management, management research methods, and its applications in general management. As a result, to achieve this overall goal, it is expected to gain a relative insight into organized knowledge about POSDCORB and the relevance of organizations to the survival and development of organizations. , The decision-making patterns, and the evaluation of the processes of the management goals of the related styles and skills, to be formed by the student - and the perception of his role as an expert or stakeholder manager; The student can gradually gain insight into the critical accumulation of management knowledge. In the present article, first the epistemological and social contexts in which the main concepts of the general management course are found. This means that the encoding of words and concepts in the intellectual, methodological, cultural and linguistic systems is necessary. In order to have transparency, clarity, accuracy and evaluation, it is necessary to put all the practical and theoretical stages of the research in the appropriate theoretical context. And then its scope and dimensions will be discussed; Then, teaching for consistent learning is taught and then general and detailed goals are examined; In the end, there will be a conclusion.
