Abstract

Despite the numerous studies that have been conducted in the field of internship and internship, the wide range of researches are mostly in the field of the role and importance of internship and presentation of internship problems, but how an internship and internship unit can bridge the gap between the content presented in the university and the internship place. students to cover and what systematic program in the field of combining opinion and practice can convey the right attitude to the interns, has it been given less attention or is it focused on teacher training and the university of educators, and the attention and importance to the internship unit and internship in the fields of humanities Especially educational sciences in other universities of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology have been less discussed, or the investigations carried out have led to less practical solutions or changes in the internship course unit, and the internship unit is based on its usual methods, which are based on holding a briefing session and starting Internship in schools is left. Therefore, all these issues indicate the lack of research in the existence of a systematic educational program before entering the internship environment for intern students in the field of educational sciences.
Therefore, this research considers the result of the idea approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in 2019, which in 2021 and 2022 was implemented by Payam Noor University and the General Directorate of Education of Isfahan province, in line with how to target internship. Students in the field of educational sciences should report by preparing and updating the information of interns before entering the internship environment in Payam Noor University of Isfahan province. Therefore, the elementary teacher's assistant training plan, which is abbreviated as Homa, after the approval of the training course process designed and approved by the university and education, plans to use part of the results of this research project in line with this research hypothesis that the training of elementary trainee teacher's assistant is based on How effective is the cognitive performance of intern students in the field of educational sciences of Payam Noor University in Isfahan province before attending the internship environment and the extent of the impact on cognitive performance in the type of cognition and attitude towards the necessity of identifying and correcting learning disorders in elementary school, internship requirements In the first grade and the fifth grade of elementary school, the necessity and how to prepare the lesson plan should be investigated.
The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test design with a control group. The statistical population included all undergraduate students in the field of educational sciences with an internship unit at Payam University of province, Isfahan in the academic year of 2021-2022. The sample size was selected based on the entry criteria and random assignment of 30 people in two experimental and control groups of intern students. The tool for collecting information is a questionnaire made by a researcher with 40 questions of cognitive performance in 4 scales of learning disorders, compilation of lesson plans and the first and fifth grades of elementary school (separately for each grade in the dimensions of the reason for interest in teaching in the desired grade and understanding the intern's attitude towards working with children) First or second year of elementary school, the skills acquired in teaching the first grade during the training course, new and practical experiences gained in teaching during the training course, the necessity and importance of acquiring new knowledge and skills in the desired grade based on the training provided during education) was The reliability of the entire questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89. The research data was analyzed using one-way and multi-way covariance analysis using spss23 software.
The results of the research showed that the training of primary intern teacher assistants had an effect on the cognitive performance of intern students. In other words, the cognitive performance status of intern students after the elementary intern teacher assistant training course has changed by 64% and twice the state of the interns before the training course, which indicates the amount of changes above the average and desirable in the cognitive performance of intern teacher assistant students and confirming the hypothesis. It is original. Also, other results of this research in line with the effectiveness of primary teacher assistant training on the four dimensions of cognitive performance in the aspect of changing knowledge and attitude in the field of identifying and correcting learning disorders, knowledge and attitude in the field of lesson planning, knowledge and attitude in the field of first grade and elementary The fifth primary was also confirmed, but the amount of change and impact created in the four dimensions of cognitive performance is not the same. The extracted effects indicated that these changes in the cognitive performance of preparing and compiling the lesson plan with the largest change with 69% and the change in the cognitive performance of the first grade with 64% and the change in the cognitive performance of the fifth grade with 59% change and change in cognitive performance Learning disorders are 54%, so the condition of all aspects of the cognitive performance of intern students in the field of educational sciences after a one-month training course for elementary intern teacher assistants is above average and good, while before the elementary teacher assistant training course, it is very weak and It has been evaluated below the average level, therefore, the poor cognitive performance of intern students in the field of educational sciences through the training of elementary intern teacher assistants, which is aimed at organizing information and updating the required information and based on educational changes in content, teaching methods, and evaluation methods in elementary schools. And it was focused on the first and fifth grade of elementary school, after teaching and providing the knowledge needed for each topic, it has been able to reduce the gap between opinion and practice for students to a significant extent. Therefore, considering the effectiveness of the cognitive performance resulting from the primary teacher assistant training, it is suggested to other universities to use this educational program in order to target the internship unit of educational science students at the undergraduate level before entering elementary schools as teacher assistants.
