چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق ارائه مدلی جهت ارتقای کیفیت تدریس حرفه ای اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه اجراء توصیفی-پیمایشی و نحوه جمع آوری داده ها بصورت میدانی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان منطقه یک کشور( استان های اذریابیجان غربی و شرقی، اردبیل، زنجان و کردستان) می باشند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه آماری با توجه به حجم محدود مدیران و مسئولان آموزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان تعداد کل مدیران و مسئولان آموزشی بعنوان نمونه انتخاب (با روش کل شماری) یعنی نمونه با جامعه برابر ، انتخاب شد و همچنین در انتخاب اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان منطقه یک کشور با توجه به اینکه حجم جامعه برابر 305 نفر می باشد حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش مخصوص مدل سازی و روش جدول مورگان تعداد 172 نفر محاسبه نمونه های مورد نظر انتخاب شدند.به منظور یافته های پژوهش از روش های متعددی استفاده شد که بصورت خلاصه به آن اشاره می شود. تحلیل عاملی تاییدی (به منظور ارائه مدل) و از آزمون t تک نمونه ای(برای تعیین درجه تناسب مدل پیشنهادی) استفاده شد. براساس یافته ها تحقیق مدلی هشت عامله مورد تایید قرار گرفت که محیطی-فرهنگی" دارای بیشترین بار عاملی (797/0) و " عوامل اجتماعی" دارای کمترین بار عاملی (496/0) بر روی تدریس حرفه ای در دانشگاه فرهنگیان می‌باشد.می توان نتیجه گرفت که با در نظر گرفتن هشت عامل محیطی-فرهنگی، آموزشی، فردی، درون دانشگاهی، انگیزشی ، تکنولوژیکی، بین المللی و عامل اجتماعی کیفیت تدریس را در دانشگاه فرهنگیان ارتقا داد.
