Abstract

Aime and Scope: Curriculum and formal and informal learning environment has a very important role in the development of teachers and, accordingly, educational organizations. The purpose of this research was to study the role of individual knowledge management in informal learning in t several researches have addressed the role of individual knowledge management in organizational performance. Shabani et al. (2022) investigated the relationship between knowledge management and organizational learning among public library librarians in Fars province. This research showed that the creation and aggregation of knowledge (acquiring required skills in accordance with organizational goals) and knowledge sharing (transferring and sharing effective individual and organizational experiences) have the greatest effect on promoting and improving organizational learning. Khakpour et al. (2021) investigated the role of individual knowledge management on the employability of technical-engineering students in a research. They came to the conclusion that there is a positive and significant relationship between individual knowledge management and students' employability, and there is a significant relationship between individual knowledge management and academic progress of technical-engineering students. Shafiei and Fadl Elahi Qomshi (2019) investigated the relationship between knowledge management and intelligent leadership with organizational learning of education workers in Qom province. The findings showed; Knowledge management and intelligent leadership have a positive and meaningful relationship with organizational learning, and the promotion of organizational learning of education workers requires the application of knowledge management. Asmandare et al. (2019) found that there is a significant relationship between educational atmosphere and organizational culture with informal learning.
Niqresh (2021) in a research entitled the reality of the application of knowledge management methods and its effect on achieving high quality education in Jordan, showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and the quality of high education in Al-Balqa University of Applied Sciences. There is Also, it is necessary to pay attention to the custodians of the training process and experienced people in this field and develop their abilities to implement knowledge and use a specialized work team to implement knowledge. Liu and Wu (2020) investigated the relationship between knowledge management, organizational learning and organizational innovation in a research entitled the direct relationship between knowledge management, organizational learning and organizational innovation. In this research, a structural equality model has been used to examine the framework and hypotheses. The results showed that knowledge management is an important input for organizations and organizational learning acts as a mediator. Knowledge management will have a significant impact on organizational innovation, which is due to the facilitation of organizational learning and its importance. Julian Decius et al. (2019) investigated informal learning in the workplace, developing and validating a measure. They concluded that informal workplace learning is an important part of continuing work-related education, especially for teachers. The research results of Facti, Aluz, and Estill (2016) showed that the subject of organizational learning is a process including individual, group, and organizational learning. Also, the relationship between learning culture, organizational culture, and leadership style with organizational learning and library performance, the importance of individual and group learning to achieve organizational learning, learning communities (internal and external networks), and practical communities. To produce and transfer knowledge are important at this timehe work environment among students of technical conservatories.
Methodology:
Research method: This research is a descriptive correlation type in terms of its practical purpose and in terms of the method of gathering information.

Population and sample: The present research population includes all the art students of the second secondary schools of conservatories in Khorram Abad city in the academic year of 1402-1401 in the number of 274 people, of which 118 are female art students and 156 are male art students. The sample size was calculated using Cochran's sampling formula, including 5% error, and 225 samples were selected by stratified random sampling.
Data collection tools:
A) Individual knowledge management questionnaire
b) Questionnaire for informal learning in the workplace
c) Teamwork questionnaire
Findings:
The first hypothesis: Individual knowledge management has an effect on informal learning in the workplace with a mediating role of teamwork. Based on the research findings (Table 4), the relationship between individual knowledge management and teamwork (0.33) with a t-statistic of 2.92 is positive and significant at the 0.05 level.
The second hypothesis: individual knowledge management has a direct effect on informal learning in the work environment of students. Based on the research findings (Table 4), the relationship between individual knowledge management and informal learning in the workplace (0.51) with a t-statistic of 7.02 at the 0.01 level is positive and significant. Therefore, individual knowledge management has a direct and positive effect on informal learning in the workplace.
The third hypothesis: Individual knowledge management has a direct effect on art students' teamwork. Based on the research findings (Table 4), the relationship between individual knowledge management and teamwork (0.69) is positive and significant with a T-statistic of 9.96 at the 0.01 level. . Therefore, individual knowledge management has a direct and positive effect on teamwork.
The fourth hypothesis: teamwork has a direct effect on informal learning in the work environment of art students. Based on the findings of the research (Table 4), the effect of commitment on the relationship between individual knowledge management and teamwork (0.47) with a t-statistic of 4.42 at the level of 0.01 is positive. In addition, it is meaningful. Therefore, teamwork has a direct and positive effect on informal learning in the workplace.
The findings of the research showed that there is a significant positive relationship between individual knowledge management and teamwork and informal learning in the workplace. Also, the relationship between teamwork and informal learning in the workplace is positive and meaningful. Based on the findings of the research, the relationship between individual knowledge management and informal learning in the work environment with the mediating role of teamwork is also positive and significant.
Results: Based on the results of the research, strengthening the abilities and capabilities of individual knowledge management of art students can lead to the development of informal learning in the work environment, although the desired realization of this issue requires the development of team abilities in these institutions.
