رابطه شایستگی های مدرسان با تجارب دوره و دستاوردهای تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان

چکیده

هدف: یکی از مهم‌ترین عناصر نظام آموزش عالی و دانشگاه‌ها، اعضای هیأت‌علمی هستند که نقش تعیین‌کننده و انکارناپذیری در تحقق اهداف و رسالت‌های آموزش عالی ازنظر کمی و کیفی دارند، لذا بررسی عملکرد و شایستگی‌های آن‌ها در ابعاد مختلف به‌ویژه در حیطه تدریس و تأثیری که می‌توانند برافزایش کیفیت یادگیری فراگیران و دستاوردهای آنان از تحصیل داشته باشند، بسیار ضروری است. بدین منظور مطالعه‌ای باهدف بررسی رابطه بین شایستگی­های مدرسان با تجارب دوره و دستاوردهای تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان کردستان انجام گرفت. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جهت انتخاب نمونه‌های موردنیاز از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه­ای و تصادفی ساده با توجه به نوع رشته تحصیلی دانشجویان استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل دانشجویان سال آخر دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان در سال 1395 در نظر گرفته شد که 720 نفر برآورد گردید و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 250 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردید. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، سه پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته مبتنی بر پرسشنامه استاندارد و استفاده از مقیاس 5 نقطه‌ای لیکرت برای پاسخ به پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها با صلاحدید استاد راهنما تأیید گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به‌ترتیب برای سه متغیر شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای مدرسان، تجارب دوره تحصیلی دانشجویان و دستاوردهای تحصیلی آنان مقدار 920/0، 928/0 و 851/0 محاسبه شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که شایستگی‌های مدرسان با تجارب دوره و دستاوردهای تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه فرهنگیان کردستان رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد.
