واکاوی اصول حاکم بر اجرای مطلوب برنامه درسی درس‌پژوهی

چکیده

هدف: هدف این مطالعه شناسایی اصول حاکم بر اجرای مطلوب برنامه درسی درس ­پژوهی دوره کارشناسی پیوسته آموزش ابتدایی بود.
روش: این پژوهش در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحقیق پدیدارشناسی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را اساتید درس ­پژوهی استان خوزستان تشکیل دادند. نمونه­‌ها به­ صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و حجم نمونه با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش کیفی تا اشباع داده­‌ها (10 نفر) ادامه یافت. ملاک انتخاب اساتید میزان موفقیت ایشان در امر تدریس بود که براساس نمرات ارزشیابی تکوینی، کارعملی و آزمون پایانی دانشجویان مورد ارزیابی قرار­گرفت و برترین­‌ها جهت مصاحبه برگزیده شدند. داده­‌ها از طریق مصاحبه عمیق گردآوری شد و با استفاده از روش پیشنهادی اسمیت (1995) مورد تجزیه ­وتحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته­‌ها: از مجموع یافته­‌های این پژوهش 245 کد مفهومی‌ در زمینه برنامه درسی اجرا­شده درس‌پژوهی استخراج و در 5 مؤلفه اصلی و 37 ریزمؤلفه دسته­ بندی شد. یافته­‌ها نشان داد که به‌منظور اجرای موفق برنامه درسی درس­ پژوهی می­بایست اصولی همچون توجه به کار تیمی، تدریس تعاملی، تفکر تعاملی، جامعیت علمی، ویژگی­‌های اساتید و پیگیری مسؤولیت­‌ها بر اجرا حاکم باشد.
